    Hi everybody,

As some of you who are registered for the Semaine du Golfe,  I have received information from the organization asking me if I wanted to make réservations for the meals at our different stops.

So as we don’t end up separated and not having our meals - and drinks - together, I therefore ask the only guy who knows it all - Eric! - what would be his suggestions.

Hoping everybody would be wondering too!

I must point out that although Greylag is pre-registered, the chances of her getting to Morbihan are probably only about 50% because of a number of factors (domestic and boat-related).  I have registered to enable me to come if I can get the ducks lined up - it's a hope rather than a promise!

    LAKATAO

    LEXIA

    MINGMING

    PARADOX OF PLYM

    Bonjour

I joined the answer of the Semaine du Golfe du Morbihan staff on the custom and passeport issues.

My point of view :The case is under discution and the decision has not been taken yet. But, under normal circonstances, you should be abble to join directly the Crouesty and a solution should be found to stamp the passeports.

    Eric

    Bonjour monsieur,

    Bien cordialement,

    Courtoisie translation :

    Sir

You must at first fill up and send the form to the custum service of Lorient, Only this service is legitme to respond to your subsidary question ( Do the boat have to stop at Lorient to go at the custm office ?).

But under a special procedure, with this form as first step, you might be allowed to join directly the Crouesty Harbour without stopping in Lorient. Nethertheless, the crew passeports will hae to be stamped by the custom service. To do so, or the custom service will come to the golfe du Morbihan, probably at the Semaine du Golfe headquater at Port Blanc, or the passeport will have to be taken to Lorient.

The semaine du Golfe du Morbihan organisation, at date, can't respond yet more preciselly, sorry for that.

    Best regards

    Thanks guys.

I think I will just turn up.... Probably two weeks early.

I will be playing music there anyway so I will be on site and if I get to meet some of you all the better.

Its open to navigation,  so all's good.

    See you there.

    Paul.

    Bonjour Paul

I would suggest rather that You pre-register as it is for free and you may resign at no cost for any one until the end of March !

That's very helpful Eric, thanks, but causes even more confusion!

I already knew it was not sufficient (devil is on details) and I'll contact the Lorient customs office to have more details.

I am in the Caribbean at the moment sailing and have very limited internet.o How do I confirm I want to take part in the event???

There seems no obvious link on the tiny screen of my mobile phone! Pease can someone point me in the right direction and hopefully I will see lots of you in Brittany.

    Welcome !!!

To be able to pre-register a boat you must first create an account.

First of all, click on the little flag at the right top corner to select a descent language betwenn French and English (Ive choosen English for this explanation).
