I should say that this is only advance planning for a build to commence in a  year or two, so the design will proceed slowly, with plenty of scope for changes of mind.

Unless, of course, there is anyone else wanting a design like this in a shorter timescale.

There was a 7 metre fully designed. Unfortunately, the global lockdown made it impossible to commence the build, but I hope that all is not yet lost.

I've not looked closely at a 6 metre, but it does exist as a Freeship doodle. 

I'm in discussions with a JRA member about a larger version of SibLim, about the same size as Badger and Tystie, with the same capability. The LOA is a shade under 10m, the beam is 3.62m, the draught with a shallow cast iron fin keel (no bilgeboards) is 1.22m and the displacement is 6.66 tonnes fully laden. The rig is a standard PJR schooner, though a single sail is a possibility if the main berth were V singles instead of a central double. The motor is a Beta 20hp saildrive.
