I had an older one of these, '67 or '68. They are built like brick outhouses and sail astonishingly well for a rwin keeler. I think the hull, deck and internal mouldings of this one are likely to be sound, the plate steel keels will be rusty, but securely attached and the mast is sensibly proportioned, unlike those whippy Needlespars that break.
Under her original pointy rig, mine took me safely across the Atlantic and back twice. If I were boatless, I wouldn't hesitate to have a look at this one, present restrictions permitting.
