Finally got through to Eddie (the owner builder). Eddie has built this boat over quite a few years  and he is nearly 80 years old. Boat has never been in the water as he had a bad accident, hence the sale of the vessel. After speaking with him for a while you quickly get to understand this German gentleman has built this to last. Boat is complete less battens and a bit of rigging. It even has a bow thruster

. Diesel propulsion is a 45HP Perkins coupled to a Hurst gearbox, all completely reconditioned.

Sails are new.

He has not fitted electronics as they date too quickly. WISE MAN

There is currently two people in front of me negotiating . Seriously, this is an absolute bargain. I will unload my current project and head accross to the other side of Australia if I get the nod.
