24ft junk for sale, very cheaply, in NZ

Paul Thompson sent me this link about a 24ft junk-rigged yacht for sale.  It looks familiar - I may have posted it before - because the mast looks too far aft.  However, apparently the hull is sound and with a starting bid of NZ$101, it looks like it might be a bargain.

Yep, Annie you have posted about it before. Its been for sale for quite a while on Trademe. I saw it quite a while ago when I was down on the Marina in Tauranga (Sulphur Point) a couple of boats away from something else I was looking at. Quite a homely little thing. Looks a bit like an American dory or skiff with raised topsides, but the underwater photo I see (new photo I think) shows what looks like a little bit of deadrise. Shallow draft too - and a decent anchor well. Somebody has put a bit of thought into it. I always have a soft spot for these little boats which just look as though all they need is a little care and attention.

That's the sort of news that sometimes makes me wonder why I'm spending all this time building a boat!  (Not really.)  I hope she's gone to a good home.
