    I had a look at the ad.  Looks like a decent, if basic boat, though the price seems a bit hopeful to me in the current Australian market.  It is probably negotiable, especially given its remote location.   You'd save yourself the cost of conversion, of course.  I'm not currently in the market for a new boat but sometimes think fibreglass might be a better choice than steel in my old age.
