On my search for a new boat I came across a Leisure 17 bilge keel which again is asking £1200 in sptless condition and with its original trailer and one of the last of the seagull outboards with the external fuel tank that on Fleabay is worth more than the whole lot....apparently. I found photos of the L17 with junk rig on google images. This one comes with bermudian rig, rotostay jib furling, new sails and a spotless interior. She has been sailed on a welsh lake all her days, so has no seagoing inventory. I really like the old gentleman who is selling her (an ex RN boatbuilder) and she could be easily junk rigged with an aluminium flagpole and a home made sail. Lying near Ruthin, Clwyd.
