    Interesting boat - not junk rigged, but two brand new unstayed aluminium masts in tabernacles. Looks ripe for conversion.

    Gosh, what a sweetie - and cheap as chips.  I hope she gets snapped up - she's not that old and looks in great condition.  If I'd had the opportunity to buy something like that, I probably wouldn't be building now - centreboard or no centreboard!

    Edit  On second thoughts: a sharpie, the masts look too skinny, the rudder would be difficult for me to work, and various other things come to mind that make SibLim much the better choice.  However, it's a good reminder that I'm building as much out of necessity as the wish to do so.  There simply are no similar boats, of similar age and quality available here.  Or if there are, I haven't seen one in the 3 years I was looking for one!
