I think I have purchased the gazelle - at least if it passes survey on the 20th.  Now I need someone to help me learn to sail it!

Congratulations! I wouldn't have thought you'd have too much trouble finding someone to help with that. I'd love the opportunity to sail her (bit far away, though). Suggest you consult the members list for people close by who have expressed an interest in crewing.

    Congratulations Amos,

She looks a 'proper job', hope  survey is ok and you have a great time learning.

I'm not too far away in the Vancouver area. I don't have as much junk experience as some of the members here but I get my little sail around the islands OK.

Just curious, why did you choose the Gazelle over other boats, were you looking for a junk rigged boat? I really liked the look of the steel pilothouse junk they had in Anacortes. The interior of your gazelle looks amazing in the photos, by the way.
