AMICIA - Kingfisher 20+ JR Sail Number 420 (Moored at Shalfleet Quay, Isle of Wight, UK)
Twin/bilge flanged Keel – solid cast iron
    LOA: 7.18 m
    Max Draft 2.33 ft / 0.71m
    Construction: FG
    Ballast Type: Iron
    Builder: Westfield Engineering
    Designers: R.A.G. Nierop

Outboard engine (engine well in cockpit): Tohatsu MFS5D D 5HP 4STR L/S Outboard Integral Tank - bought brand new Oct-22 - very little use hence sale, great condition https://www.tohatsu.com/marine/int/outboards/mfs5c_1.html

Moored Shalfleet Quay - swinging mooring May to Oct (hardstanding in Winter)

Heater – Solar powered Propex Heatsource 2000
Solar panels fitted by previous owner
    Radio – Standard Horizon Eclipse
Bespoke cockpit tent and spray hood (the latter is a little worn/window patch)
Heavy duty bilge pump (bilges always dry so never needed)
    Heavy duty stanchions/guardrails
Gas cooker (not currently connected, static - not gimballed)
Heads removed by previous owner (existing compartment would suit Seaflo Portable Cassette Toilet or similar)
    Sliding door to forward cabin
Sliding cockpit hatch added by previous owner great addition
Duckboards in cockpit not showing in pic but we have/in good condition

Damage to hull – previous owner had repaired professionally, haven’t experienced any problems

Sail in reasonable condition (canvas hinges in every batten), running rigging functional

    Boarding ladder

Occasional small leak from deck into forward cabin after heavy rain but very minimal water

Bought from previous owner April 2022 with the intention of undertaking longer trips but work and commitments haven’t allowed and we feel it makes sense to pass her on to someone who will make use of her!
