Fantastic Opportunity to partner or own a piece of history with great revenue potential. 38 feet in length, beam is 12.5 feet and she draws about 4.5 feet of water.  This beautiful and original commercial vessel (named Hai Long, Mandarin for "Sea Dragon") is presently "on the hard" in Richmond, BC, Canada (near Vancouver)  and is in proper operating condition and ready for her next adventure.  Check facebook (Chinese Junk Boat) to keep updated. There are several possibilities for this boat, which is an authentic Chinese Junk Sailing Ship, equipped with a Volvo Penta AD31P-A 4-cylinder turbodiesel and built in Hong Kong and delivered to its first owner in Halifax in 1969. It may be made available for sale to the right owner, or other possibilities include partial ownership or business partnership as a tour boat. The boat was used previously as a charter tour on Prince Edward Island Canada from 2016 - 2019 and has Transport Canada commercial certification for up to 12 passengers.  We earned a 5/5 rating on TripAdvisor: https://www.tripadvisor.ca/Attraction_Review-g155023-d12711894-Reviews-The_Chinese_Junk_Boat_Tour-Charlottetown_Prince_Edward_Island.html Covid shut down the operation just as it was becoming widely popular. ww.chinesejunktour.com This boat could also be purchased outright and would serve perfectly as a live-aboard since she is fully equipped with a galley (kitchen), a marine head and a nice-sized v-berth at the bow. I am the owner.  Open to many ideas going forward. Please contact by email to receive more detailed information at emotive@hotmail.ca or 1-416-432-7067.  Full specifications, 2022 Marine Survey and pricing available to serious buyers/partner(s).
