    Good to hear from you and apologies for the slow reply. Ireland has a very tough registry so it would be a Swedish or Polish registration. My present boat is registered in Gdańsk!

    I was curious about CAT 1 as I thought all craft leaving a NZ port for abroad had to have  a CAT 1 cert? Am I mistaken there, it would be good to know….



    If you are a foreign flagged vessel, Cat 1 when leaving NZ does not apply
