    hi Patrick,

    thanks for clarifying.

Me and my partner have a four year old, so are looking for something with two cabins.  He could probably fit now under the companionway, but not something that would work in a few years I guess!

I’m about … we’ll let’s just say I am a very big chap … and I spent a few days on China Blue with two other fully grown adults.  I think Patrick forgot to mention the large single/small double berth in the forecabin.  Theres a lot of space in that boat - think Patrick is trying so hard to be fair that he’s underselling - and maybe underpricing - the boat.  I had a lovely few days with good sailing on an interesting vessel

Nice of you as alway, Kevin! You and I know that I'm not a good seller... rather trying to be a good sailor! If I was a good seller, I would be rich :)

    Ok, I'm still pretty confused.

How many current cabins / berths are there on China Blue?!

Sorry to confuse, since I was trying to clarify - from the front, there is a doored forecabin with a heads compartment in the same space - (easy to curtain off if preferred).  A main saloon with two full size settee.  A galley/nav space, then up the steps to the cockpit, or under the steps to what seemed like a big storage space behind the companionway steps that I imagine would in many boats be used as berth space.  I’ll step out now.  Patrick will no doubt correct if I have it wrong.

Kevin, you are a real gentleman.

But you kow I'm not a good salesman, otherwise  would be rich!

Of course, China Blue can sleep 3 adults, 4 if 2 of them like to cuddle in the forecabin. That is, as it is right now.

For sure, China Blue is a good boat, strong and solid, though it would no doubt need a little more cosmetic _ but we're working on that!

Hi. Sorry, Patrick, but I can't see anywhere obvious on your website where it gives a clear & simple description of the boat - what exactly it is, the layout, description of tge condition, equipment listings etc. Please could you provide this information,  or oount me to where I can find it? Thanks

    Dear fellow junkists,

I feel very much honoured to see China Blue sailing on the front page of our magazine November issue.

Forgive me if I take the opportunity to mention again, that China Blue is still for sale in France, atlantic side.

With new DSC VHF, new TP32 tiller Pilot, new Windex, new cutlass bearing and shaft seals,  etc...

    16000€, open to offers!

    hi Patrick,

I wonder if you could post / send me some more photos of the boat (in particular the interior), as I find it hard to imagine it with the photos that I've been able to find.

Also, you mention that earlier owners took her through canals.  Does that mean the masts are easy to take down and stow on top of the decks?

    cheers,

    Rob

    Hi Rob,

I have not tried removing the masts myself, they seem to rely on one sole bolt through their diameter, at their base.
Not much more pictures I'm afraid, maybe there is not much to see either! You could try this link: https://imgur.com/a/Ehbyv but be aware that the boat is not as new as in those pictures (no more wooden tiller, no more wind vane...) but I have just had the seats and matress covers renewed in "china blue" color.
    Best regards,
    Patrick
