If that were for sale in New Zealand right now I would certainly be interested. Most of the hard work is done and it looks like interior refinishing. I wonder if the price might be a little high for an unfinished boat, you would need to compare what else you could get for similar money in your part of the world, and of course you would need to check out the quality of construction. But almost exactly the kind of boat you are looking for.
Of course another big question would be how do you finish it off. Parked somewhere on land near your home would be the ideal. I have done some very large interior rebuilding projects with the boat on a mooring, and it adds a lot to the time needed to complete the project. Although with the range of very good battery powered tools available these days I think that would make a difference.
