Back from the Ice, Snow and Arctic winds of the Hardangervidda in Norway, I hope I am not too late to add our belated greetings to all our Junkie friends for a very Happy and Interesting New Year, with progress on the boat aquisition and sail design fronts.  Perace and fair winds to one and all.

Even more belated greetings from myself and Tystie. After cruising in company with Annie and Fantail in Pelorus Sound, I've now sailed around to Queen Charlotte Sound, where, up near Picton, I can at last get a good internet signal.

Belated seasons greeting to everyone and a Happy and fruitful New Year. For me the fuits of ten years labour should be realised when I launch Malliemac the sisteship to Tystie.

It has been a long haul caused mainly be interruptions with part time work but now that I am fully retired the way is clear to complete the build and get on the water. I can't wait.

Happy New Year to all the junk rig sailors. We are building new sails for Easy Go with some interesting changes after sailing through Hurricane Sean. New postings at sveasygo.blogspot.com

Happy New Year from us too.
As Paul alluded to, we are one of those gazetting 2012 as the year of the LAUNCH, pretty tight though, loads of work to do!

A bit late for the Merry Christmas bit, but certainly I extend my sincere wishes to all my JRA friends that 2012 will be as happy and successful as you could wish.

And a special thank you to all those who post regularly and have brought the JRA so wonderfully back into my life in 2011.  It's so much fun to feel in touch with you all.

Wishing everybody a very happy Christmas and the hope that all will have a happy and prosperous New Year.

Many of us are working on new rigs and/or have high hopes of launching their new/rebuilt boats in the new year. I myself am one of them and am going flat out (hence my infrequent posts of late) for a March launching. I hope that all of you are able to meet your goals and objectives.

Some of us are still dreaming and to them I say "hold on to your dreams because a dream is the seed of all beginnings" but complement your dreaming with action, else there is little chance that it will ever be realized.

    Best wishes to all,

    Paul & Cuijiao
