I live in New Zealand.  I'm buying a Coromandel 21' Junk-rigged little yacht which is on a trailer in Leeds, West Yorkshire. My reasons are entirely crazy and honourable.

Until next northern spring, she'll need a safe and inexpensive place to wait for me.

When I get to her about then, I'll want to get her set up and afloat, and take it from there.
