Watching the “Rigs revealed” page, I remember when these rigs were first shown in the JRA newsletter in the late nineties(?). I had written several reader’s letters to the NL earlier on how camber was needed to get a decent performance. I had shown in detail how my boat Malena had been improved. Still the summary of JR development didn’t use the word CAMBER as much as once. All they focused on was the sails’ profiles.
So please, remove that “Rigs Revealed” page or change it. As it is now it is just a demonstration of the conservatism in the JRA.

PS: And while I'm at it; remove the Fact Sheets under Junk Knowlegde too. What would new readers think if they came over such out-dated material?
Arne, I just put in those pages to have some existing content to work with, whilst I was learning how to set up this site. We all have to work together to decide what content will be on the site, and by all I include knowledgeable members such as you, not just the committee. It's not 'Us and Them', it's just 'Us'. I agree, the rigs revealed page needs adding to with all the later models, and i intended to do that, adding another page. Please draft some text, send some pictures for me to work with, if you will. Please tell us what is wrong with which fact sheets?
David.
