I have no knowledge of the condition of this boat, but one thing to check carefully is the structural integrity of the foam sandwich deck. I have known too many (other designs, not the NA29) that needed repair due to water ingress around deck fittings. Best practice during construction is to remove the foam core wherever there is a fitting attached, and bond the inner and outer glass skins together with extra laminations, but too often this is not done. This is one of my favourite designs, though, and if I was anywhere near Hawaii I'd be taking a close look at it.
