They are mostly shallow. I will have a closer look at them when I next lower the mast, but I suspect it's all less than 0.5mm.
If superficial, mend the cause and live with these scratches.
The cause is fixed. I could polish the mast smooth. I'm wondering if it might be a good idea to put some sort of treatment on top. A layer of oxide will form of course. I think the mast is anodized, but I'm unclear on what that achieves. I know it looks nice!
If impacting the structural strength of the mast You might consider doubling the mast. Siskin's masts was strengthened by inserting another tube into the existing mast. Looks weird, weighs quite a few kilo's I fear but strengthens the mast.
You have a mast inside your mast?! Did you consider making it telescopic, like a radio aerial? Actually what is the material of your inner tube? Why did you feel the need to do this? Do you know the additional weight?
I don't know how to fix the estatics.
What are those? Do you have another translation?
