Hi all,

I'm in Fla visiting my folks and stumbled upon this ad that may interest someone.

It's a Steel , 40 ft. Bruce Roberts , Junk Schooner  with what looks to me like Galvanized Steel masts. I actually saw this boat in the water in Miami about 6 years ago. Yesterday , I took a ride up to Indiantown to see her ..... and she is too much of a project for me to take on. I'm simply not familiar enough with Steel sailboats.  Maybe someone out there is interested? FYI: I have no connection with this boat. they are asking $8,000.

Seems like she is days from the scrap dealer now.
She was already quite a "project" when the pictures were taken.

Sadly, yes. But , honestly , I don'y know enough to tell ... other than , it looks VERY EXPENSIVE to possibly sandblast the entire boat. Inside and out. What a shame.
