Regarding your post, I own and is for sale a 40 foot Aphrodite made by Najad in Sweden.

Although not a junk, is a ketch and very geriatric with fairly managable sails, new Volvo engine new rigging etc. I sailed it single handed from Charleston SC to Ibiza Spain in 2009. It has US flag and UK registration numbers so it can go either way. Is also customs paid in the EU. The boat is a center cockpit from 1985. I would consider Eu30,000.

It is currently on the market for just under £120,000
However, our story is that we bought it in 2013 and thought it would be a life time purchase. Our circumstances have changed, my daughter has been in hospital for the last two and a half years and we now need to move back into a house for the foreseeable future.
The previous owner and ourselves have done a lot of work to get T'ai Shan to where she is now. As with any project, there is still work to be done.
We are open to offers and our hope is to sell T'ai Shan to someone who appreciates the uniqueness of the junk rig.

Wow, beautiful ship! It's too much boat for me, but if I had a family it would be ideal. Good luck selling her to a good home.
