Junk-rigged sailboat wanted

    I'm in the market for a junk-rigged sailboat. Here's a list of the things I'm looking for :) :

*Somewhere in the region of 16-30ft (4.8-9.2m)

    *Easy to sail, particularly singlehanded.

*Must have a cabin, and ideally a large one (proportionate to size). Cockpit size is a lesser concern.

*More or less ready to sail (daysailing on the coast of Northern Europe). I don't mind if it needs cleaning, painting, a new toilet, a new radio or even a complete rewiring, but if it needs full-on structural renovation then I'm less keen! To put it another way, I'm not so interested in fancy gadgets, perfect paint jobs etc., but the hull, keel, rudder and mast must be in sound structural condition. The rigging should also be OK.

*It needn't have an engine (though that is nice, of course), but if not, it must be possible to propel it with oars or yuloh.

*Located on or near the coast of Europe (including the British Isles, of course), north of Brittany.

*It doesn't have to dry out in an upright position, but must be tough enough to withstand careening on a sandy beach. Bilge keels would certainly be a plus, but all hull forms will be considered :)

Depending on where the boat is currently located, it is most likely that I would put it in a nearby marina (or even its existing berth), do whatever small tasks are required, then sail it away during the summer.

If you - or someone you know - might be willing to sell a boat that you think fits the bill, then I would be happy to hear from you
