Having sold Ivory Gull we're now downsizing our house and I won't have a workshop at the new address. As a result I have I have six and a half sheets of 3mm plywood that I no longer need, as well as one piece 4'x6' treated with several coats of epoxy on both sides from an abandoned project, for anyone who cares to come and pick them up. I'll Freecycle this wood if no-one here wants it, but I thought that I'd offer it to the members of the JRA first. It's ideal for perhaps stretching that one-sheet dinghy you were planning to two sheets, or perhaps some more ambitious project.
The wood has stood outside under a tarpaulin for a few years so a couple of sheets are a little stained but there are also pristine sides. There's a couple of photos to show what I mean in a new album "Wood to pick up" on my profile.
I live in Winchester, Hampshire. If you're interested please email to chinalug at blowq.co.uk.
I also have for sale a pillar drill, chop saw, thicknesser and 2kW generator if anyone's interested in making an offer and saving me the trouble of eBaying these items. Photos are in the "Wood to pick up" album as well.
