Good to see you being 'upfront' with the price; people have much more of an idea as to whether they should follow up the posting, when they have some hint as to the price!  Might I suggest that you post a few photos in your Profile.  Sometimes people feel that they are making a commitment as soon as they email a seller.

11m is the sort of size that is appealing to a majority of sailors, so I have no doubt that you will soon find the right person for you little ship.  This forum has had a fairly good success rate - you'll be pleased to hear!  Good luck.

Hi Annie , I have now put some pics on my profile. Its my wife Grace who is ill after a lifetime sailing she has to give it up.The hull is hard chine plywood on iroko frames all saturated in epoxy and then sheathed in aircraft quality glass matt.All above proffesionly done. Regards Ron
