i found this little beauty on E-bay auction recently(i don't know the seller),  looks fun:

The boat is moored at Brighton Marina at a cost of £219 per month.

I havent sailed the boat but have used it this year since i bought in in February to lounge around on in the evenings and spend weekends.

The boat is not perfect so let me list what would need to be completed .

The boat is dry from water coming up but during heavy rain it will leak in a couple of place.

At some point there was a leak into the toilet which means I had to remove some wood

The lining on the inside of the boat could do with being stuck back or removed and replaced.

There is no sink on the boat, i removed it and used it for storage.

The boat costs £219 per month at the marina and this would need to be taken on after purchase
