According to my good friends at Wikipedia:
Rort is a term used in Australia and New Zealand.
[1] It is commonly related to politics, or, more generally, a financial impropriety, particularly relating to a government programme. The term was first recorded in 1919 and is a derivative of the older "rorty" a 19th century London slang word undefined meaning “fine; splendid; jolly; or boisterous”.
[2] The term is also used as a verb to mean the action of defrauding, (e.g.: he rorted the system.).
I once tried that Paul - it had the most disconcerting results and was essentially unusable because it seemed to wipe out every image and not just photos! It's not that much of an issue (she lied) but certainly You-tube and on line surveys are really out of the question.
And I think we will stay separated from Oz for the moment, if that's all right with you Gary - there are things beyond the Internet that I value!!!
