I have sold Dragonfly, my junk rigged Freedom 30 - downsizing - and am about to look at a Red Fox Vision with the intention of converting to junk rig. I already have  a mast and a 30m Hasler sail with slightly bendy battens.

I would very much welcome any thoughts of members. The Vision, at 23ft 6" is a larger version of the more popular Red Fox 20, both have dropping leeboards but the Vision has a shallow long keel as well.

Red Fox Vision details can be found wwwswiftredfoxvision - the only difference is the one I am looking at has twin rudders.

Madly excited as normal when changing boats but also worried as she is quite pricey for a small boat. Any words of advice/general thoughts would be most welcome. Can the mast go through the forward part of the forehatch space or does it need to be further forward??

    Chris
