    Arne, I found the info about Pelican in the 2010 Rally report. I didn't see anything about Pelican in the 2009 report, but maybe I overlooked it.

    Google has a cached copy of "JRA East Coast Rally Report 2010", which has photos and information regarding Pelican.  I can't seem to find the pdf directly on the JRA website, so here is an awkward URL for that document.

    I think she is called Pelican and used to be owned by Philip Corridan and Martin Lloyd. They brought her to the Bradwell rally here in the UK some years ago. I don't know her designer or her builder but I may have some pictures if anyone is interested.

    I've retrieved the pictures of the mysterious junk cat I saw at Pin Mill two weeks ago.  You can see them here and here. She had no visible name. Pretty interesting-looking. Can anyone identify her?
