As far as I know, about twenty members outside the UK (me included) did not get the hard-copy of the last magazine in November. This was most probably due to the postal strikes in the UK. Most people reported this earlier and the magazine editor is endeavouring to reprint some copies of that issue and send it out with the next magazine. I will pass on your message to the editor but you should also try emailing her again, she normally responds promptly to all emails so maybe there is an email delivery problem somewhere.
