    Hi all!

I am getting ready to source batten material and would love to hear thoughts on possible size.

Robin at Sunbirds suggested aluminum tubing 1 or 1.5 inch in diameter for the Fenix sail that was roughly 450 square feet (too big …I was going to cut off 1 panel)

The new sail is a flat cut Hasler style , made of Sunbrella approx 350 square feet. It is looking like it will fit perfect. I am just wondering if 1.5" tubing is too small???

    is 2" tubing too big?

    help!!!! haha!

    thanks!
