    Well, the Chinese junk Free China, which famously crossed the Pacific in 1955, was returned to the National Museum of Marine Science and Technology in Keelung, Nothern Taiwan, where is is supposedly being restored. Can't find any mention of it on their website, though.

    I am visiting Taiwan next week.  I plan to seek out traditional boats and maritime museums while I'm there.  Does anyone have any tips?
