First impression of the finished sail. After work, there is less than an hour of daylight left to set up the sail. So it will take a few days. I will probably sail the boat this weekend :)

I temporarily stepped the mast today, the icicle hitch works. I will do the remaining work in the water and don't intend to crane the boat out again (ever :).

Also, you've been so clever to laminate the pre-tube to an already flat laminated grp plate. I wasn't, and had to laminate in a second step upside down...
