I had a tent manufacturer make these cones, they are as per the design listed on the sailrite website. I used 210D nylon oxford ripstop and nylon woven tape, stronger than the recommended. It took a while to get them manufactured and I had to make a minimum order or 500. I now have 280 available at $3.50 each, shipping to Europe was around $80 for 120.
