Is this a bargain for somebody?
"This long keel Samphire 29, is being sold without a rig as my intentions were to convert her to junk rig and enter the Jester chalenge, she was sailed by me last year to cornwall before putting her ashore in Falmouth where i removed the original rig, sealed all the deck fitting holes and resealed the saloon windows, the wheel steering was also removed and it now uses a tiller, some internal woodwork needs completing and the heads was removed to make way for a more enviromental option, a Refleks diesal heater has been fitted along with a brand new Platimo neptune 2500 gas cooker( cost £400).She has a sound hull with no osmosis. my plans have now changed so am offering her for sale at half what i paid."

Yes - I know the guy who is selling her and his work is generally of the best.  He has done a circumnavigation and will have done nothing daft.  And his reasons for selling are nothing to do with the boat, but something entirely different.
