Chinese rig – the ultimate in simple sailing.

A safe boat. You never have to go on deck because the sail is hoisted, reefed and lowered from the safety of the cockpit.

An easy boat to use: The sail is permanently bent on and stowed in lazy-jacks so there is no need for you to carry heavy (and often wet) sail bags through the saloon for stowage in the fore-peak.

    Engine(s) and Electrical:
Bukh 8hp diesel (rebuilt in April 2011). Serial number: 800772. Engine hours: 25 since rebuild. Drive type: shaft. Maximum speed under power: 6kts. Engine last serviced: April 2012. Fuel capacity: 45 litres. Twin batteries charged from the engine. 2 solar panels.

    Accommodation and Below Deck:
5 berths, 2 cabins, 6’ headroom, cloth upholstery, fully carpeted, saloon table, curtains, wet locker, chart table, separate toilet compartment, twin gas hob with grill, two gas bottles; galley sink with pumped cold water, new 100 litre flexible water tank, Pioneer CD stereo with cockpit speakers.

    Deck and Canvas:
Junk rig, slab mainsail reefing, Proctor aluminium mast, rope running rigging, Lucas mainsail 26 sqm, GRP deck with non-slip patches, hallyard winch, CQR and Danforth anchor, anchor locker, stainless steel pushpit and pulpit, forehatch, stanchions, guardwires, boarding ladder, sprayhood, dodger, mainsail cover, cockpit cushions.

    Fenders.

Four mooring lines, each 6 m long.

    Navigation and Safety:
Autohelm 1000 autopilot, Apelco handheld GPS, NASA echosounder, DSC VHF, bulkhead compass, navigation lights, lifebouy, floating light, radar reflector, 3 fire extinguishers, jackstays, fire blanket, 12v and manual bilge pumps, first aid kit.

The boat is well maintained. She is sold as seen with no returns.

    Reasonable offer accepted.

Dear Sir, I think it's been about 2 months since we wrote about your eBay listing. If you remember, I encountered serious problems with road transport to Greece. Since your boat is about 250 centimeters wide, it cannot be loaded on a truck and, moreover, I would also need a cradle on which to rest it. Unfortunately, the transport company will have to use a platform and the cost will be very high however, in case the boat is still available, I would like to evaluate the possibility of buying it. Of course I need to know if it is easy enough to put the tree back in its place and the whole boat in the condition to navigate. Unfortunately, I don't have much experience but I want to believe that you will be able to give me the necessary information. For the moment I greet you cordially and look forward to your kind reply. Not knowing how these relationships work through correspondence, I now insert my data hoping that they will not be deleted as from "eBay".
