Basic electrics.  Two berth in saloon, two aft.  Inflatable dinghy.  Useful davits.  Taylor's cooker with oven.  Lying Arisaig, summer mooring paid.  Great performance in the light - six per cent camber sail with jib give SAD of 22.5.  For the right person, a good buy at 14k.
