Problem solved....I received an email from David Tyler and he suggested I try downloading them using the RSS feed.  That worked.  He said someone else was having problems as well and was able to download the pdfs from the RSS feed.  Great...now to back to some good reading....

Hi...I'm not able to download the newsletters for some reason.  I'm using Linux....the downloads "powered by box"...is this for windows only?  Everytime I click to download, the download box pops up, tells me to wait....wait for a long time but never shows any sign in the progress bar that the file is being transferred.  I normally don't have issues with any downloads or formats.  Is anyone else having a problem downloading the pdf's?

I've been reading Newsletter issue 17 and found two pages transposed, in the original paper copy I think.  As it was an issue I'd compiled in the first place, I've recompiled the scans into a new PDF, which will shortly be replacing the original one in the downloads area of the website.

Anyone who has previously downloaded this issue, or issue 4 which had a similar problem, should go back for the new version.  Other revisions may follow as I continue reading them, and if so I'll let you know.

As a relative newcomer to JRA and the newsletters I must say there is some fascinating stuff in each issue, whether instructional, entertaining or both. You are all downloading and reading them, aren't you?
