    Hi Brian See why you thought that but my post wasn't really for his eyes only. Progress on my own boat has been slow enough unfortunately so I'll be sticking to my plan ;-)

    Patric - correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe your post was for Dan's eyes? I don't know how often he checks this site. You can reply to his own (external) blog - details above - or look him up in our members list (Directories > All members) and email him direct if you wish.

    Well done! Gives me some clues as to what Tin Hau's builder originally had in mind too (before changing tack and fitting an outboard well instead).

    Annie Hill, who, together with Pete, sailed their Benford Dory Badger  to Brazil and Beyond (italicised because, for new members/guests, it's a book which you can borrow from Books > Our Library or buy via , Books > Our Amazon Booklists) says that member Dan Johnson's fine sister ship Hestur  has launched and has made her maiden sail - and quite an adventure it was. Dan writes a blog which you can find in Junk Info > Useful links > Members' Blogs and Websites.
